Using Concierge

Concierge is available in the Chat tab of your QUI Core dashboard. Open the sidebar and click Concierge to start a conversation.


Chatting with Concierge

Type your question or request in the input field and press Enter to send. Concierge responds in real-time with streaming text.

Things to Ask

System navigation:

  • "How do I link a new device?"
  • "Where can I add funds to my account?"
  • "What does the trust score mean?"
  • "How do I install applications?"

Feature explanations:

  • "How does memory work?"
  • "What are the different thinking strategies?"
  • "How do I set up Telegram integration?"

Troubleshooting:

  • "Why can't I log in automatically?"
  • "The services tab shows something is offline — what should I check?"
  • "My balance seems wrong — how do I check usage?"

System diagnostics (when terminal access is enabled):

  • "Check if all services are running"
  • "How much disk space is left?"
  • "Show me recent errors in the logs"

Conversation Memory

Concierge remembers your past conversations. When you ask a question, it retrieves relevant messages from your history based on:

  • Recency — your most recent messages for immediate context
  • Keywords — past messages matching keywords in your current question
  • Importance — messages previously flagged as important (containing words like "error," "crash," "bug," or "problem" are automatically flagged)

This means Concierge can reference earlier troubleshooting sessions, remember your preferences, and avoid repeating explanations.

Your conversations are stored locally on your device — they are never sent to the central hub.


Stopping a Response

If Concierge is generating a long response you don't need, click the Stop button (red square) next to the input field. The response stops immediately and the partial text is kept.


Clearing History

Below the input field, click Clear History to erase all your Concierge conversations. This removes all stored messages and starts fresh.

Click Copy Conversation to copy the entire conversation to your clipboard.


Tips

  • Be specific. "How do I set up Telegram?" gets a better answer than "Help with messaging."
  • Ask follow-up questions. Concierge remembers the conversation context — you don't need to repeat background information.
  • Use it for navigation. If you can't find a feature in the dashboard, ask Concierge where it is.
  • Check terminal access for deeper diagnostics. With terminal enabled, Concierge can actually inspect your system rather than giving generic advice.
