Overview

Global Passage LLC, trading as Qui Academy, uses Stripe for processing payments. All purchases are subject to the refund terms outlined below.

Subscription Plans

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future billing periods
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days in the current billing period

Refunds

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, contact us at academy@qui.is for a full refund of your most recent payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
  • After 14 days: Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Contact academy@qui.is with your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Renewals: Refund requests for renewal charges must be made within 7 days of the renewal date.

Course Purchases

  • Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • After 14 days or more than 25% completion: No refund available
  • Contact academy@qui.is with your order details to request a course refund

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email academy@qui.is with:
    • Your account email address
    • The product or subscription you wish to refund
    • Your reason for the request
    • Your Stripe receipt or order number (if available)
  2. We will respond within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent activity

Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
